Job Responsibility
- Provide technical support and advice to farmers on farm management practices.
- Develop and implement farm management plans and strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on sustainable farming practices.
- Monitor and evaluate farm operations and productivity.
- Coordinate with local agricultural departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data on farm management practices and outcomes.
- Prepare and submit reports on program activities and outcomes.

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Farm Management or a related field is preferred.

Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in farm management, agricultural operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting farmers and improving farm productivity.
